Our Ears Are Open provides a peer-support listening platform that connects users with trained volunteer listeners. This Service is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or crisis intervention.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payments and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy. Donations are non-refundable.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Listeners are trained to maintain the privacy of users. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Ears Are Open shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
