Volunteer With Us — Make a Difference
Our Ears Are Open is a charitable organization, and volunteer listeners are the heartbeat of our community. Keeping conversations and support alive and maintaining a 24/7 presence are only possible because of people like you who want to help others. Volunteers attend a training program to understand our organization's mission and goals.
We are also hiring for a 1099 weekly paid position. Volunteers may apply for these paid roles after gaining experience, at which time they transition onto the 1099 path and receive weekly pay. We provide headsets if needed, full training, and ongoing support. If you cannot obtain or afford Wi-Fi, do not let that prevent you from applying—we may be able to help in certain situations.

Our Ears Are Open LLC is a non-discriminatory business. We prioritize hiring the elderly, Veterans, single parents, college students, and second-chancers who pass our training program. We are limited in the number of paid members we can add to our staff each year. I plan to work my butt off to change that.
